Jellies
In jelly the fruit comes in the form of fruit juice. There are several ways to getting the fruit juice out of the fruit; most common way is to use a cheesecloth or a type of cheesecloth, adding the fruit needed and lightly squeezing the bag to get the fruit juice out. Some buy 100% fruit juice no sugar added for jelly. Jellies are clear and should hold their shape. Some jellies can be made without cooking the liquid and just refrigerating it. Most Preserve batches are usually 7 to 8, 8 ounce jars.
